Who We Are?
HRX Moto Expert is a growing motorcycle service and workshop company based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, specialising in motorcycle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and performance solutions. We are looking for a friendly, proactive and target-driven Sales cum Livehost to join our growing team and become one of the key frontliners of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and social media enquiries.
• Welcome customers professionally and understand their motorcycle service, maintenance or repair requirements.
• Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook or other relevant platforms to promote motorcycle servicing, maintenance packages, products and workshop promotions.
• Present and explain motorcycle services, promotional offers and product benefits confidently during live sessions.
• Engage with live audiences by responding to comments, answering enquiries and providing relevant service information.
• Gather relevant customer and motorcycle information for service consultation.
• Explain service packages, quotations, repair recommendations and promotional offers to customers.
• Recommend suitable servicing, maintenance packages, products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending customer approvals to improve sales conversion.
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians regarding motorcycle issues, inspections and service requirements.
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding inspection, repair progress and completion status.
• Handle vehicle/motorcycle drop-off and collection coordination.
• Conduct follow-ups with existing customers for scheduled servicing, maintenance and promotions.
• Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain and update customer information and service records.
• Assist with invoices, payment collection and relevant customer documentation.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, service packages and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, customer conversion and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, automotive, motorcycle or related industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone and face-to-face.
• Customer-oriented, friendly and professional.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Good negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Able to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in motorcycles/automotive servicing is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work weekends or public holidays when required.
