Sales (Customer Representative)

This role focuses on customer service and order coordination — not sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/D4 or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook & ERP systems (preferred)
• Willing to visit customers when needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders and coordinate with production teams
• Ensure orders are processed and delivered on schedule
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide regular order status updates
• Check product colors and handle claims when necessary
• Follow up on orders until shipment completion
