About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Customer Service representative to join our team at Face Plus Advance Aesthetic' in Bayan Baru Penang. As a full-time sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised solutions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Process orders, handle payments, and provide post-sale support to customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings
• Provide a positive and memorable customer experience to build lasting relationships

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the aesthetic or retail industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment.
