Sales Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor, validate, and maintain the accuracy of sales and inventory data
• Review, analyze, and interpret sales reports and other commercial performance data
• Conduct in-depth sales analysis by customer, product, sales channel, and promotional programs to identify trends and business opportunities
• Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and customer accounts receivable
• Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for the Commercial department
• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting business reports and data analyses
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with additional data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work proactively
• Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta office
