Sales Designer

Job Summary

The Sales / Interior Designer is responsible for assisting clients in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces while achieving sales targets. The role involves consulting with customers, understanding their needs, presenting design concepts, recommending products, and closing sales to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Assist clients in selecting interior design products, materials, furniture, and décor.
• Provide product recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects.
• Meet with clients to discuss design requirements, style preferences, and project objectives.
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
• Prepare mood boards, sketches, or digital design presentations.
• Recommend color schemes, furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams when necessary.
• Ensure design plans meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service throughout the project.
• Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure timely project updates and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in interior design, retail sales, or a related role.
• Strong sense of design, color coordination, and space planning.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
