Were looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You'll meet prospects in their homes, design tailored solutions, and close sales with confidence

Position

• Realistic OTE of £75,000–£85,000 (uncapped commission)
• £26,500 per annum
• Clear, precise and transparent commission structure – no surprises

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Highly qualified, pre-booked appointments – no cold calling
• No affiliates or third-party leads
• Appointments confirmed and quality-checked to the highest market standard
• Strong conversion-focused pipeline to maximise your earnings

You will have:

• Proven sales experience
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence

Other information

• Flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends)
• Remote-based with occasional office visits
• 40 hours per week (flexible structure available)
