Sales Development Associate

Pacific Coast Executives is growing throughout the Bay Area and is hiring a full-time Sales Development Associate to join our expanding team. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and making a difference in your community, this is a great opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, account management, and customer engagement.

As a Sales Development Associate, you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce available wireless services and mobile connectivity solutions, answer questions, and help customers complete new service enrollments. This is an entry-level, in-person, customer-facing position where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Do as a Sales Development Associate

• Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned Bay Area communities
• Introduce wireless services, smartphones, mobile plans, and available promotions
• Help customers understand available service options and eligibility requirements
• Assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
• Answer customer questions while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer information and daily sales activity
• Work alongside fellow Sales Development Associate to achieve customer enrollment and team performance goals

Who We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Interested in sales, customer service, customer engagement, account management, marketing, or business development
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales, warehouse, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
