Sales Development Associate

The Sales Development Associate supports the growth and development of the Sales Team by assisting in seller recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and continuous sales development. The role works closely with Sales Management team to ensure that newly hired sellers are properly onboarded

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and sourcing of qualified sales candidates.
• Coordinate seller interviews, hiring requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Assist in organizing and conducting seller training and development programs.
• Monitor training completion, onboarding progress, and seller development needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and training records and reports.
• Support sales recruitment events, orientations, and other Sales Management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in recruitment, sales, training, or sales support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable coordinating with candidates, sellers, sales managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with trackers and reports.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and people development.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment and support recruitment events, training sessions, and field activities when needed.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
