Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities.
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect records in CRM tools.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT Sales / Lead Generation / SDR roles.
• Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
