About Us Treemate US is a tech-enabled outsourcing company working with SaaS, software, and business clients internationally. We're looking for a Sales Development Intern to join our Sales Voice team on-site in Karachi to help us open conversations with prospective clients in the US and international markets.

What You'll Do

• Drive Outreach: Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using our dedicated US business line.
• Build the Pipeline: Qualify leads and set up meetings for the founders and senior sales team.
• Track Progress: Log call outcomes and keep our sales pipeline organized and updated.
• Master the Craft: Learn how outbound sales actually works at a growing company—from scripting to objection handling to closing.

What We're Looking For

• Communication: Clear, confident spoken English (US accent neutrality is a plus, but not strictly required).
• Resilience: Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection without losing momentum.
• Attitude: Reliable, coachable, and hungry to learn sales from the ground up.
• Bonus: Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

The Details

• Format: 1-month on-site, unpaid internship working US timings, night shift.
• The Goal: This internship is your tryout for a real, earning sales role. Strong performers get hired on as permanent Sales Agents with a full commission-based structure at the end of the month.
• Mentorship: Receive direct coaching and mentorship from the founders.

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
