Sales Development Manager

Salary: PHP 60,000–80,000

Setup: Work from Home

Schedule: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM / 9:00 PM–2:00 AM

Our client is a Thailand-based recycling and manufacturing company specializing in the procurement and processing of scrap tires and other commodities into alternative fuel, as well as the manufacturing of products through recycling.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead their B2B sales development and appointment-setting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SDR/Sales Development team
• Develop B2B prospecting and cold-calling strategies
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments
• Monitor team KPIs and sales development performance
• Coach and mentor SDRs
• Manage leads and activities through CRM
• Improve appointment-setting processes and conversion
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management

Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years of sales experience with managerial experience
• Strong B2B sales and cold-calling background
• Experience in SDR, appointment setting, or lead generation
• Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams
• Proficient in CRM systems; Ragic experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage
• Mandarin or Spanish speaking is a plus
