The Role

OJ Digital is partnering with a Series A AI-native SaaS company transforming how some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands understand their customers.

This isn't a traditional management role. You'll inherit an established AI-assisted outbound system, identify opportunities to improve it and develop a team of 2–3 BDRs, while personally generating enterprise pipeline.

You'll have the autonomy to experiment with new technologies, build creative outbound campaigns and collaborate directly with engineers on custom automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 2–3 BDRs, driving individual performance and team pipeline generation.
• Carry a personal outbound pipeline target alongside the team target for at least your first six months.
• Optimise an existing AI-powered outbound engine to improve efficiency, meeting quality and pipeline conversion.
• Design, build and implement AI-assisted prospecting workflows, automation and scalable outbound processes.
• Develop tailored outbound strategies for enterprise new business, mid-market accounts and customer expansion.
• Launch creative multichannel campaigns across email, phone, events, direct mail and emerging channels.
• Work closely with marketing, Account Executives, customer success and engineering to improve outbound effectiveness.
• Test new tools and approaches, using performance data to scale successful initiatives.
• Help shape the company's wider go-to-market strategy through cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience generating qualified outbound meetings and pipeline within B2B SaaS .
• Experience managing, leading or coaching SDRs, BDRs or other outbound sales professionals.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted outbound workflows , rather than simply using AI to write emails or research prospects.
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, sales automation and CRM systems.
• Ability and willingness to personally prospect, book meetings and own an individual pipeline target.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts and engaging difficult-to-reach decision-makers.
• A creative, commercially minded approach to prospecting and experimenting with new channels.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

💰 Base Salary: $120,000–$143,000

🎯 OTE: $160,000–$190,000

📈 Equity: Competitive equity package

🏠 Location: Fully remote across US time zones

✈️ Travel: Approximately 1–4 trips annually for company events and retreats
