Sales Development Rep

Company Overview:

At RGC, we specialise in outbound sales strategies for Digital/IT Solutions and Service providers, primarily in the AU/NZ region, with a growing interest from North America and Europe. Our focus is on fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results through innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage your own lead lists to identify potential opportunities.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria for engagement.
• Conduct outreach via outbound calling.
• Schedule and book meetings with potential clients.
• Manage and book meetings on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A keen interest in sales and/or the IT industry.
• No prior experience required; all necessary training is provided when you're onboarded.
