Sales Development Representative - B2B SaaS

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing SaaS company serving the US residential real estate market. You'll be responsible for building new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking qualified demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build prospect lists targeting real estate agents, teams, and brokerages
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, fit, and buying intent
• Schedule qualified product demos for Account Executives
• Follow up with prospects and manage no-shows
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
• Track outreach activity, connect rates, and meetings booked
• Work closely with the sales team to improve pipeline and lead quality

About you

• 1–2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Strong communication and lead qualification skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and activity metrics
• Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools
• B2B SaaS or real estate technology experience is a plus
• Experience selling to the US market is preferred
