Sales Development Representative

Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with business professionals, and are eager to build a career in the SaaS industry. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and creating new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the sales team while gaining practical experience in B2B sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential business customers across multiple industries. Connect with prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently engaging with prospective customers. Understand customer challenges and effectively communicate the value of our software solutions. Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Business Development team. Accurately update lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Continuously improve outreach strategies by testing new messaging and engagement approaches. Achieve individual activity and performance targets on a daily and monthly basis.
