What they need

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive a strategic outbound and inbound pipeline across the US market. You won’t just book meetings — you’ll create meaningful business opportunities
Partnering closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will penetrate complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, engage Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers, and drive revenue impact
Generate high-quality outbound pipeline aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile
Research accounts, map buying groups, and build tailored multi-channel outreach campaigns
Initiate consultative conversations around ecommerce and digital transformation
Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and strategy
Track activity and insights in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
Continuously refine messaging to improve conversion performance- ✔️ 1-3+ years of inbound & outbound-focused SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
✔️Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams
✔️Strong communication and executive engagement skills
✔️Proven success meeting or exceeding pipeline quotas
✔️Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales loft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
