Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.

Understand customer requirements, business needs, and pain points.

Communicate relevant product/service value propositions to prospects.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.

Generate and schedule meetings with potential customers.

Follow up with prospects to develop sales opportunities.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.

Achieve assigned lead-generation and activity targets.
