Job Title: Remote SDR / Phone Setter – E-commerce Marketing Campaign

IndivMedia is an outbound growth company that helps agencies and B2B businesses build predictable sales pipelines. We have booked more than 11,000 sales calls for clients.

We are currently hiring a remote SDR / Phone Setter to work on an e-commerce marketing campaign for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects
• Speak with prospects, understand their needs, and identify opportunities
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow proven scripts and campaign processes
• Maintain accurate notes and update the CRM
• Review calls, apply feedback, and continuously improve
• Consistently meet activity and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, telesales, or an outbound call centre is preferred
• Clear and confident spoken English
• Comfortable spending several hours on the phone each day
• Coachable, consistent, and able to handle rejection
• Able to follow a script while still having natural conversations
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Full-time availability
