Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and research target accounts and decision-makers
• Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ideal customer profile
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle objections and rejection with resilience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Prior sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
