Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Our Sales Development Representatives help potential customers that want to keep their vehicles safe on the road.

Duties

• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects
• Find new potential sales outlets
• Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook
• Engage sales executives for next steps in the sales pipeline
• Work with our customer success team to ensure customer expectations are met
• Quickly learn and adapt to feedback from customer interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 years of sales experience in B2B or automotive/tire industry
• Prior experience using a CRM system (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
• Strong communication skills both internally and externally
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision while tracking and reporting progress
• Access to internet connection capable of supporting video calls, company applications, file transfers, and other work-related systems without frequent interruptions

Expectations

• Opportunity to fast-track into a full-time Account Executive track after evaluation and performance over first 90 days

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus
