Sales Development Representative

The Role

Most people who reach out to us have been hurting for years. They have been told to live with it, to take another pill, to wait it out. You are the first voice they hear when they finally decide to do something about it.

You call every lead within 5 minutes of them raising their hand, spend 15 to 30 minutes understanding what the pain is actually costing them, and show them what real care looks like. When they book, you have just handed someone their life back.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of appointment setting experience
• Front desk or receptionist background
• Fluent English
• Comfortable working inside Go High Level

What You Will Do

• Call new warm leads within 5 minutes of opt in
• Run a 15 to 30 minute conversation that uncovers the pain, the impact on their life, and what they want from a chiropractor, then present our services and pricing and get them booked
• Follow up with every single lead until they book or tell you no

Compensation

• $20 per hour for time spent on calls
• $50 for every new patient booked
• We are averaging 7 new patients booked per week, and we are looking for the person who pushes that number higher
