Sales Development Representative

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE / APPOINTMENT SETTER

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Cold call potential B2B clients and generate new business opportunities

• Identify and engage with decision-makers

• Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit

• Set qualified appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with leads and prospects

• Research potential clients and build prospect lists

• Manage and update leads, activities and pipeline in the CRM

• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations and appointments

• Meet daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements:

• Previous SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, cold-calling or outbound sales experience

• Confident speaking to potential clients over the phone

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

• Experience using CRM systems

• Good computer skills and attention to detail

• Target-driven, persistent and self-motivated

• B2B sales experience is an advantage
