Sales Development Representative

On Deck Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our rapidly growing business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the initial point of contact with customers interested in hiring On Deck Sports to design, supply and install their indoor sports facility. You will be dealing with inbound leads via online forms and inbound phone calls. This position provides growth potential into a sales role within the company.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Be the initial point of contact on sales leads and sales opportunities for the project sales representatives
• Work on lead qualification
• Coordinate introduction meetings between qualified leads and sales reps
• Communication of project information with all associated team members
• Maintain and track all project related documents using inhouse tools (SharePoint and Net Suite)
• Work with Sales Reps and Ops team members as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills, strong organization, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific software, such as; NetSuite.
