Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Immediate Start

Location: Cardiff City Centre | Setup: Subcontractor (4–6 days/week) | Pay: Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

We are expanding our team in Cardiff and looking for motivated, personable communicators to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you’ll represent well-known national brands, drive client campaigns on the ground, and build practical skills in negotiation, lead generation, and team leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging directly with prospects face-to-face through B2B outreach, events, and direct channels.
• Qualifying leads, presenting partner brands professionally, and hitting campaign activity targets.
• Coaching and mentoring newer sales reps as you gain experience and progress.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a confident, natural approach to building rapport.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a clear drive to succeed.
• Availability to work in-person in Cardiff City Centre for at least 4 full days per week.
