SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to international prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Research prospects and identify key decision-makers.
• Manage leads using Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar CRM tools.
• Schedule qualified sales meetings and ensure proper lead handover.
• Learn and explain construction project management products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet assigned sales KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Female, preferably 30–40 years old
• 5–10 years of sales/business development experience
• Experience in the Construction Industry is required
• Strong B2B and international sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and email campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar CRM tools
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment-setting skills
• Able to understand and explain construction/project management products and solutions
• Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with international clients
• Willing to work with Asia and Europe markets/schedules
