Sales Development Representative

Enterprise SDR | AI HealthTech | Sydney

We’re working with a high-growth AI healthtech business that is expanding its enterprise offering across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a founding Enterprise SDR role, working closely with the Enterprise team to help build the outbound motion from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prospect and engage senior decision-makers across major health organisations

• Conduct targeted cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach

• Research and map complex enterprise accounts

• Build relationships across executive, clinical and operational stakeholders

• Help develop the enterprise ICP, messaging and outbound playbook

• Support proposals, pilots, tenders and business cases

• Track market trends, competitors and procurement cycles

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years' experience in sales, consulting or healthcare

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior executives

• Highly structured with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent prospecting

• Commercially curious with strong research and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
