Sales Development Representative

Remote worldwide | Part-time contract | One opening Pay: $15–20 USD/hour, depending on experience

Happily is looking for an SDR who can turn relevant prospect lists into thoughtful outreach and useful sales conversations.

You’ll:

• Send personalized outreach using approved campaigns and prospect lists.
• Manage follow-ups and respond to interested prospects.
• Schedule meetings with the appropriate Happily team member.
• Keep HubSpot records and next steps current.
• Provide clear handoff notes.
• Progress into introductory qualification calls after training.

You should have B2B outreach or sales experience, strong written and spoken English, good listening skills and confidence using a CRM. We care about relevant conversations and reliable follow-through.

Schedule: Initially 20 hours/week, spread across at least four days Monday–Friday. All working hours must fall between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. Exact days and times can be agreed with the right candidate before starting.
