Kluvo is a UK outbound agency. We book B2B meetings for our clients: we pick up the phone, start real conversations with decision-makers and turn them into meetings that actually happen. Now we're hiring SDRs to do exactly that.

Let's be honest. This job is hard. You'll hear "no" far more than "yes", and you'll make a lot of calls. But if you're hungry, competitive and coachable, there's no quicker way to learn sales, and your earnings grow with your results.

What you'll do

• Run outbound campaigns for our clients across phone, email and LinkedIn

• Represent our clients' brands to senior decision-makers

• Qualify prospects properly, so every meeting you book is worth turning up to

• Book meetings that show, not just meetings that sit in a calendar

• Learn each new client's pitch quickly and make it your own

• Keep the CRM clean and know your numbers inside out

What we're looking for

• Early in your career: 0 to 2 years in sales, or none at all. Attitude beats CV

• Confidence on the phone, or the drive to get there quickly

• Resilience. You shake off a "no" and dial the next one

• Competitive, coachable and curious about how businesses work

• Sharp, clear written English

• The right to work in the UK
