Sales Development Representative

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify opportunities through inbound enquiries and outbound outreach. You’ll introduce our services, understand prospect needs, and book qualified meetings for the closing team.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects through calls, emails, and approved outreach channels.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and identify suitable opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet agreed outreach and qualified-meeting targets.
• Coordinate clear lead handovers to the closing team.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting preferred.
• Confidence making cold calls and handling objections.
• Strong organisation, follow-up, and CRM skills.
• Availability for onsite work during the stated night shift.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; suitable practical experience will also be considered.
