Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Handle leads, calls, counselling and follow-ups.

⁠ ⁠Convert qualified leads and achieve sales targets.

⁠ ⁠Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.

⁠ ⁠Conduct webinars and seminars.

⁠ ⁠Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.

⁠ ⁠Create basic sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠1+ years of sales/business development experience.

⁠ ⁠Strong English communication and presentation skills.

⁠ ⁠Confident speaking with individuals and groups.

⁠ ⁠Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.

⁠ ⁠Experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar field is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
