• +2 years' experience as Sales Developer / Business Developer
• Paid training

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting .
• Experience engaging decisionmakers and key stakeholders .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet activity goals.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities.
