Sales Development Representative- HR Tech

Role & responsibilities -

• Run outbound prospecting into HR leaders, TA heads, and recruitment agencies: email, LinkedIn, phone, etc

• Qualify before you pass anything on: confirm the company fits our ICP, theres a real hiring problem, and that the interest is genuine.

• Book the demo and hand it over. You set the meeting; the sales team runs it.

• Build sequences and messaging, track what works, and feed it back to marketing and product.

• Keep CRM hygiene: every touch, note, and next step logged.

Preferred candidate profile -

• 24 years in an SDR, BD, or recruitment role
• Direct exposure to HR tech, recruiting, or ATS products.
• You know the language of talent acquisition and can hold a credible conversation with a Head of HR.
• Consistent track record of hitting outbound activity and qualified-meeting targets.
• Strong Communication/ writing skills: English and Hindi
• Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools
• Experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, and other similar tools
• Based in Mumbai, in-office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE-

• Sold into Indian mid-market or enterprise HR teams.
• Experience working inside an ATS, HR or Recruitment company
