Sales Development Representative ( Lead Generation)

About the role

Business Development Specialist responsible for generating B2B leads, developing partnerships, and converting business opportunities for digital advertising screens and building media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with property owners, developers, property managers, contractors, and building decision makers
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, research, and direct outreach
• Develop partnerships with elevator, HVAC, MEP, engineering, ICT, CCTV/security, and building technology companies
• Conduct site visits and identify suitable locations for digital displays
• Handle presentations, proposals, negotiations, closing, and account management
• Coordinate projects, installations, client requirements, and internal teams
• Maintain the sales pipeline, customer database, reports, and market/competitor updates
• Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, partnership, and revenue targets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Business development/sales experience
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
• 1 - 2 years of experience
• Experience in real estate, property, media, or related industries preferred
• Experience with established corporations is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
