Sales Development Representative | Onsite

Scale Up Philippines is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help grow our client base by connecting with entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and prospecting
• Reach prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research and build qualified lead lists
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Track activity, appointments, and pipeline performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, BPO, or appointment-setting experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident handling cold calls and objections
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Results-driven, resilient, organized, and coachable
• B2B, staffing, or recruitment experience is an advantage
