Sales Development Representative - Choate Agency. For High Performers Who Want Ownership, Results Residual Income.

This is not a traditional SDR role.

What You ll Actually Do

• Work exclusive warm leads from our proprietary lead system (no cold calling)
• Qualify prospects quickly and professionally
• Run needs-based conversations and deliver high-converting presentations
• Nurture and close opportunities through a proven sales process
• Track activity and performance with precision
• Stay coachable, consistent, and focused on results
• Continuously improve by implementing feedback and refining your approach
