ABOUT FLEETGEN
Cargo theft and carrier fraud cost U.S. shippers and brokers hundreds of millions of dollars a year. Since the Supreme Court's Montgomery v. Caribe ruling in May 2026, freight brokers can be sued for hiring the wrong carrier. FleetGen is the compliance and carrier verification platform brokers use to make sure the carrier hauling a load is who they claim to be.
