Their mission is to shift repetitive recruiting work from humans to software, enabling teams to hire faster and focus on decisions rather than administrative tasks.
Missions
- Identify and target ideal customers such as startups, scale-ups, and modern HR teams
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book demos for Account Executives
- Personalize outreach using insights about hiring needs and workflows
- Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Continuously test and improve messaging
Tools & Environment
- CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist)
- AI and SaaS technologies in the HR tech space
Working Conditions
- Location: Belgium (hybrid model combining remote and in-person work)
- Compensation: Base salary plus variable and equity

Profile wanted
- 0–3 years experience in sales, business development, or similar
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal in English; French/Dutch is a plus)
- Curious about AI, SaaS, and the future of work
- Resilient and comfortable with outbound
- Highly organized and proactive
- Based in Belgium and open to hybrid work
- Bonus: Experience with outbound tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist)
- Bonus: Exposure to HR tech or recruiting
