Sales Development Representative

GetUp Solutions is looking for confident, energetic Sales Development Representatives to join the Bali-based sales team and support the Australian business operations. You will contact Australian businesses, introduce the digital and technology services, identify potential opportunities, and book qualified appointments for our Australian sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses
• Introduce the services professionally and confidently
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and messaging
• Update leads, notes, and activities in the CRM
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets
• Participate in daily sales meetings and training

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of one year of experience in telesales, sales, appointment-setting, BPO, or call center
• Excellent spoken English is essential
• Confident communicating with Australian customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic CRM and computer skills
• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting in Canggu
