Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Hexuvium manages short-term rental properties for owners in Brussels and internationally. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa, fully remote, to prospect and convert new property owners on the UK market.

What you'll do day to day

• Prospect new leads through cold calling and hot calling
• Prospect across multiple channels, including social media
• Book and hold qualified appointments with prospects
• Follow up and nurture your prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Find creative solutions to keep generating new prospects
• Support your prospects all the way through to contract signature

What we're looking for

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
• French is a plus
• Strong sales/cold-calling experience — comfortable picking up the phone
• Autonomous, logical, proactive
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Reliable internet connection, quiet home office

Conditions

• Location: 100% remote, based in South Africa
• Hours: Full-time, 5–6 days/week, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Status: Freelance / Independent Contractor — monthly payment against invoice issued to Hexuvium Services Limited (Ireland)

Compensation and payment

• Base: €850/month
• Bonus: €125 per signed contract, paid the month following the signature and only once the contract has effectively started (keys collected)
• Monthly payment in EUR, against invoice issued by the freelancer to Hexuvium Services Limited (Ireland)
