What they need

Why Join Reviewr?

If you love the thrill of turning a conversation into an opportunity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want your work to make a difference—you’ll fit right in here. At Reviewr, every call you make helps mission-driven organizations run programs that change lives, from scholarships that open doors to recognition awards that celebrate achievement. You won’t just be dialing numbers—you’ll be starting conversations that matter.

About Reviewr

Reviewr is an applicant submission management software platform that helps organizations simplify and modernize how they collect, manage, and evaluate applications. We work with foundations, nonprofits, brands and corporate foundations, academic institutions, and membership-based associations to power programs such as recognition awards, grants, scholarships, calls for entry, and fellowships .

Our clients often face similar challenges:

  • Disconnected, manual processes using spreadsheets, PDFs, and emails.
  • High administrative workloads that take time away from meaningful program impact.
  • Clunky workflows that frustrate applicants, reviewers, and program staff.
  • Difficulty tracking results, measuring impact, and reporting to stakeholders.

Reviewr replaces these pain points with a single, secure, and professional platform that:

  • Streamlines the end-to-end process from application to selection.
  • Improves the applicant and reviewer experience.
  • Reduces administrative burden through automation and centralized management.
  • Provides visibility and reporting to demonstrate program impact.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Reviewr, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified product demo appointments for our sales team—focusing on phone-first outreach supported by email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll work inbound leads from marketing programs as well as targeted outbound lists, identifying their needs and positioning Reviewr as the solution to their challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to inbound and outbound leads, with a strong emphasis on live phone conversations.
  • Qualify prospects based on program type, needs, and readiness to explore Reviewr.
  • Schedule and confirm product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and informed handoff.
  • Follow up on event registrants, resource downloads, and other marketing-generated leads.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM, including notes, lead statuses, and next steps.
  • Work within structured outreach sequences while personalizing communication for relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, objection handling, and lead targeting.

What You’ll Be Measured On

  • Daily Contact Activity: Achieving target levels of calls and live conversations.
  • Demo Opportunities Created: Number of qualified demos booked for the sales team.
  • Conversion Rates: Connect-to-demo and lead-to-demo success ratios.
  • Lead Responsiveness: Timeliness in following up with new leads.
  • Data Quality: Accuracy and completeness of CRM entries.
  • Show Rate: Percentage of booked demos that occur as scheduled.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Contributions to improving outreach strategy and sales messaging.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Confident, persistent, and energized by live conversations.
  • Process-driven, organized, and disciplined with follow-up.
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to exceed goals.
  • Quick to understand and communicate how Reviewr solves prospect challenges.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven phone-based outreach experience.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
