Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Digiunction is hiring a Junior SDR for an onsite role in Lahore.

Location: Nawab Town, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Monday–Friday
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 + KPI Achievement Bonus
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Education: Minimum Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international/overseas prospects.
• Introduce and sell digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing and Web Solutions.
• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain follow-ups and lead records.
• Achieve assigned sales and KPI targets.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation or SDR.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable speaking with international clients.
• Target-oriented and consistent approach.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
