Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

This is a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls, outbound emails, and prospecting
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls
• Manage leads, activities, and pipeline using Pipedrive or similar CRM
• Learn and confidently explain technical products and solutions
• Schedule qualified meetings and endorse leads to the sales team

About you

• 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or B2B sales
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification
• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with technical decision-makers
• Willing to work on-site and on rotational shifts within the 6:00 AM–12:00 AM window
• European language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a plus
• Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, capital projects, or SaaS is an advantage
