Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Female

InstaCare is looking for confident and proactive Female Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, conduct online demos, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads independently through Google, LinkedIn, social media, and other sources.
• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other potential healthcare clients.
• Explain InstaCare's services and identify client needs.
• Conduct online demos and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
• Call center sales experience is preferred; candidates with direct sales experience in other companies are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to generate leads independently, conduct demos, and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Healthcare sales experience will be an advantage.

Important: Customer support, helpline, and complaint-handling experience alone will not qualify. Candidates must have practical sales experience.
