🚀 The Role

As a Sales Development Representative / Telesales Executive , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. Your job is to identify opportunities, start conversations, and book qualified appointments for our senior sales team.

This is a high-energy, high-reward role where effort directly translates into earnings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prospecting and reaching out to businesses across Ireland
• Making outbound calls to introduce companies to èirconnect’s VoIP solutions
• Identifying decision-makers and qualifying opportunities
• Booking meetings and demos for our closing team
• Building and managing your pipeline of prospects
• Consistently hitting and exceeding activity and appointment targets

Previous experience in telesales, sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus — but not essential.
