This is not a remote role or a comfortable appointment-setting position. You will work from our Dubai office, train daily with the team, speak with founder, and earn the opportunity to progress into a high-earning closer role.

Your Responsibilities as an SDR

• Contact and qualify inbound leads.
• Book a minimum of 3 qualified appointments per day.
• Follow up through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Attend daily training, role-play, and call reviews.
• Learn the sales process, offer, objections, and qualification standards.
• Work closely with closers to ensure high-quality handovers.
• Take ownership of your activity, results, and improvement.

SDR Compensation Progression

Your target monthly OTE progression is:

• Month 1: Approximately AED 14,690
• Month 2: Approximately AED 24,483
• Month 3: Approximately AED 29,380

Progression is earned through performance, not simply time served.

You will be assessed on appointment volume, lead quality, show-up rates, coachability, CRM accuracy, follow-up discipline, and your contribution to the team.

Closer Role and Performance Standards

Once promoted to closer, you will be expected to work toward:

• Average order value: approximately AED 9,793
• Average close rate: approximately 45%
• Consistent follow-up with prospects who do not buy immediately.
• Accurate CRM updates and clear next steps on every opportunity.
• Strong call preparation and objection handling.
• Reliable attendance at training, role-play, and call reviews.
• Consistent performance against agreed activity and revenue targets.

Closer OTE

The closer role has a target monthly OTE of:

• Minimum OTE: approximately AED 48,966 per month
• Maximum OTE: approximately AED 73,449 per month

OTE means on-target earnings based on achieving the agreed performance standards. Final compensation terms will be confirmed in the employment offer.
