Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a global enterprise digital transformation company serving the US market.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience who enjoys prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a healthy sales pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound MQLs into qualified sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospects using the BANT framework.
• Book Discovery Calls for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, and personalised email.
• Follow up with leads from webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update lead activity in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
• Track SDR performance, pipeline activity, and weekly KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience.
• Background in B2B technology or SaaS is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working with US prospects or clients.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools.
• Strong lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Able to work independently in a results-driven environment.
