Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead Eyedea Living's sales function and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion and revenue.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and premium clients. Build strategic partnerships and business channels.
• Handle high-value and key client accounts.
• Review sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Improve conversion rates and sales processes.
• Train and mentor sales executives.
• Conduct regular sales review meetings.
• Analyse competitors, market opportunities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with design, production and management teams
• Ensure smooth transition from enquiry to order execution.
• Monitor collections and outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales MIS for management.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of sales experience.
• Preferably experience in furniture, interiors, luxury retail, real estate, architecture or related industries.
• Proven team-management experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business development capability.
• Ability to handle high-value clients.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
