Sales Director (IT Solution)

About the role
Sell managed services, IT infrastructure and security solutions to enterprise customers across regions. Build new accounts, grow existing multinational clients, and work with global pre-sales and delivery teams to close and hand over complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Hit sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Win new enterprise and large mid‑market accounts.
• Grow existing customers with upsell, cross‑sell and renewals.
• Lead proposal and RFP responses; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Coordinate with global pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance teams.
• Work with partners (cloud, system, network providers, resellers) as needed.
• Provide market feedback to help improve services.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years selling managed services, infrastructure, cloud or security — experience at a systems integrator or global MSP is a plus.
• Track record closing multi‑year, multi‑site deals.
• Good technical knowledge of servers, networking, virtualization and cloud and basic cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level contacts.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English
