Sales Director - SaaS CDP platform - Adtech - MarTech -

My client is a Berlin-based, privacy-first Customer Data Platform (CDP) helping leading brands in telecom, retail, media and financial services unify first-party data, resolve customer identities and activate audiences across marketing channels — fully GDPR- and consent-compliant.

The Role

You will lead new-business growth across UK first and then EMEA , owning the full enterprise sales cycle and building a high-performing team. You will sell to CMOs, CDOs and CIOs at Tier-1 brands, positioning Zeotap against Salesforce, Adobe, Tealium and composable CDPs.

What You'll Do

• Own and exceed the regional revenue target (new logos and expansion).
• Build, coach and scale a team of Account Executives and pre-sales engineers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first meeting to signature.
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, system integrators and cloud partners (Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Feed market insight back to Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals in martech, adtech, CDP, data or analytics.
• Strong C-level network in telecom, retail, media or FSI in [region].
• Command of data privacy, identity and first-party data strategy.
• Fluent English; Other European languages a strong plus.
