About the role
Sales and Marketing Division Manager at Salee Printing PCL, a label manufacturer supplying premium quality labels. The role involves managing the sales function and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the Sales Local & Key Account team
- Develop and execute annual sales & marketing strategies to hit revenue targets
- Identify new B2B and B2C business opportunities and grow the client base
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage Key Account customers in Food & Beverage, Personal Care or Industrial Manufacturing sectors
About you
- Experience in Labels, Sticker, Shrink Sleeve, Flexible Packaging, Printing Industry, or related printing raw materials is highly preferred
- Strong in building relationships
- Very good language skills in English
- Demonstrated effective team and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
